Terms of Service
Last updated: July 24, 2026. Placeholder terms for a hosted simulator SaaS — have counsel review before production reliance.
By accessing QuantumX websites, demos, or authenticated applications, you agree to these Terms. If you use QuantumX on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.
The service
QuantumX provides classical simulation of quantum circuits, including browser-based builders, visualizations, optional cloud-saved circuits, hosted simulation jobs, and Agentic Labs assistance. QuantumX is not a physical quantum computer or QPU. Results are numerical simulations unless a future product feature expressly states otherwise.
Accounts and eligibility
You must provide accurate account information and keep credentials confidential. You are responsible for activity under your account and API keys.
Plans, limits, and fair use
Free, Pro, and Team plans include qubit and GPU-second (or similar) limits for hosted jobs. We may throttle, queue, or reject jobs that exceed entitlements or threaten platform stability. Browser demos may impose separate sandbox limits.
Acceptable use
- No attempts to disrupt, probe, or overload the service beyond normal use
- No reverse engineering except where permitted by law
- No unlawful content or infringement via stored circuits or prompts
- No misrepresentation that QuantumX results were produced on physical quantum hardware
Intellectual property
QuantumX software, branding, and site content are owned by us or our licensors. You retain rights to circuits and content you create, and grant us a limited license to host and process them to operate the service.
Agentic Labs
Labs features may generate circuit suggestions or submit jobs at your request. Outputs can be incorrect. You remain responsible for reviewing circuits before relying on them for teaching, grading, or research decisions.
Disclaimers
The service is provided “as is” without warranties of uninterrupted availability, fitness for a particular purpose, or error-free simulation relative to any specific hardware backend. Educational use requires your own academic judgment.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, QuantumX and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for loss of data, grades, research time, or business opportunity arising from use of the simulator.
Termination
You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or create risk for the platform.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to the operating entity listed on your contract or invoice, excluding conflict-of-law rules. Venue lies in the courts of that jurisdiction unless mandatory consumer law says otherwise.
